The self-contained apartment with own entrance from house back deck. The apartment is available for clients or developers to stay for system and application collaboration. Or just for weekend escape from the city.

A place for clearer thinking with lots of fresh air, forest and pasture trails and cows. It also contains a high-temp sauna for mind resets, great views and quietness.

Birds and Wilderness

Thomas Edison and Henry Ford were avid bird watchers at their adjoining winter estates along the Caloosahatchee River. They spent winters in in Fort Myers, Florida to escape the cold, often birdwatching and spending time with naturalist John Burroughs.

Henry Ford had a bird sanctuary at his home in Dearborn, Michigan and a "Bird Island" at his estate in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan.

I have great respect for both men and share their passion for bird watching. Birds are kept well fed during Winter months.

We have lots of birds everywhere. Cats in Big House only. Never in Apartment. Often in Barn & Pastures.
